What happens when the law taught in classrooms indicates the law practiced on the bench is illegal?
A police force is only as strong as their weakest link in the chain of command. When an officer’s personal interests take precedence over the law they are sworn to uphold, the system is broken. On June 30, 2017 a “Practice What You Preach Stand” supporting law enforcement with a stand against government misconduct was held at the Chester County Justice Center. After passing out thousands of newspapers advertising the event, publishing 2 online advertisements on www.dailylocal.com that were supposed to reach approximately 50,000 Daily Local News readers each, 1 Chester County resident attended the event.
Regardless of the local police’s interests, Chester County residents have a right to exercise Free Speech Rights and the Right to Assemble Peacefully. Interference with these rights is a Constitutional violation and should be reported to the FBI. Please report any interference to published information and exercising your rights to the FBI.
While public turnout at the “Practice What You Preach Stand” was a disappointment (mainly because it could be characterized as “as expected”) it was very encouraging to hear Jack Yoder’s comments that the information being published in our newspaper needs to be heard. With most of Chester County’s employees remaining silent about Chester County’s legal problems it is very encouraging news to have a Chester County employee with positions in the juvenile system speak out about the issues we are exposing, such as child abuse being illegally covered up by the Delaware County Juvenile Detention Center, Chester County Juvenile Probation and the West Goshen Police Department.

MacElree II such as DA MacElree declining to press charges against a police officer who reportedly struck an individual in the forehead with a nightstick in the back of an ambulance causing the individual who had been struck in the forehead with a police officer's nightstick to die from a brain hemmorage... Or, the ability of the Ku Klux Klan to march through Chester County's "County Seat", West Chester, PA with police protection while MacElree was District Attorney.
Senator Dinniman's website reported that under the current PA law, prosecutors only successfully secured 1 conviction for human trafficking while Pennsylvania is a known route and destination for human traffickers. Senator Dinniman's website states the PA Coalition Against Rape estimates 100,000 U.S. citizens, mostly young girls are trafficked for prostitution annually across the United States.
A law suit in Federal Court states Main Line Health's doctors refused to provide their patient a complete copy of the patients medical records, including medical records indicating their patient had a back injury with bulging and herniated discs

the reason that a settlement offer of any amount would be accepted from a Wells Fargo executive was because the individual who filed the law suit believed the case against Wells Fargo represents an abuse of public trust and is a liability for a publicly traded company.

DA Hogan Facebook page claims to have no idea why Rise & Shine Publishing Inc. is exposing DA Tom Hogan to the public when the truth is DA Tom Hogan is refusing to decide a private criminal complaint filed on November 4, 2015 against the Daily Local News for selling newspapers with a claim to be providing their customers a “complete news package on multiple platforms” while refusing to publish paid advertisements from businesses, an individual and a political committee, including an advertisement that informed readers DA Tom Hogan was fighting to hide the abuse of a child on Nov. 2, 2015 (one day before DA Hogan was re- elected). DA Hogan and Chester County are also refusing to schedule hearings on private criminal complaints MD-606-2015 through MD-611-2015 (against mainly Chester County employees) and they are refusing to provide court transcripts from 5 cases.
