​MED CENTER 100, located at 625 Pottstown Pike, Exton PA 19341 is in Federal Court fighting a law suit stating they made a patient wait 2 days for pain medicine needed for an injury the patient described as moderate to significant pain and a 7 on a scale of 10.  The patient's law suit states pain injections were provided to treat the pain at a second appointment, 2 days after the first appointment.

A law suit in Federal Court states ​Main Line Health's doctors refused to provide their patient a complete copy of the patients medical records, including medical records indicating their patient had a back injury with bulging and herniated discs and was not provided prescription pain medicine.  The PA Healthcare Facilities Act requires that medical records of a patient to be kept on file for 7 years following the discharge of a patient.  If the patient is a minor, the medical records must be kept until 7 years after the minor has reached adult age.
