The Wells Fargo Bank located at 999 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 is the location the Fraud Complaint was made against the Chester County Domestic Relations Section.
Wells Fargo Bank has chosen to fight a law suit against a customer who offered to settle the law suit for any amount of money that a Wells Fargo executive approved as a "Fair Settlement". The rejected offer stated the reason that a settlement offer of any amount would be accepted from a Wells Fargo executive was because the individual who filed the law suit believed the case against Wells Fargo represents an abuse of public trust and is a liability for a publicly traded company. The dispute with Wells Fargo Bank referenced in the law suit states that the Domestic Relations Section froze their bank account using fraudulent factual misrepresentations of a child support case. The misconduct complained of against the Chester County Domestic Relations Section includes their office refused to file documents that were provided for filing, their office refused to reduce a child support order after a back injury put the individual out of work (the Domestic Relations Section claimed the individual did not have any medical evidence that an injury prevented the individual from working, however court transcripts indicate the individual testified that he had a MRI report stating there was herniated discs in his back).
The original fraud complaint against Wells Fargo Bank (f.k.a. Wachovia Bank) was taken to the Wells Fargo (f.k.a.Wachovia Bank) location at 999 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 (then known as Wachovia Bank). The fraud complaint was accepted and the individual was told the fraud complaint would be provided to the fraud department. The law suit indicates that the fraud complaint against the Domestic Relations Section was not provided to the fraud department and the Exton, PA branch bank provided a printout of the freeze on the account being deleted and placed a return address stamp on it to make it "official" (the return address stamp stated "Wachovia, N.A., 100 W. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341" and is typically used for stamping the return address on an envelope). Court records indicate that Wachovia Bank/Wells Fargo Bank did not file anything in response to the fraud complaint and the freeze was deleted after the individual that filed the lawsuit filed documents in opposition to the freezing of the bank account.
